The Fight for Manaphy

In a certain sea, a young, female Manaphy has to choose a mate. Her chosen one receives a mark and a necklace after having a "date" with her. She first gives this mark to a Buizel. However, that night, she loses her memory of her date with Buizel, and gives the same mark to a Totodile the next day. The day after that, Buizel is training, while getting ready to reunite with her. Meanwhile, the Totodile is nearby, and sees Buizel with the mark and necklace. He is angered by this, of course, because he thinks Buizel's materials are fake. So, the moment Buizel launches an Aqua Jet, he launches his own, too. He moves his mouth just enough to bite the fellow water Pokemon right on the nose...
